We will use email and text messages to keep you informed about the progress of your order. In the unlikely event we’ve run out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and offer you option of waiting for the item to arrive back in stock or refund you for this item and send out the items that are available.

It’s not possible to split online orders between two delivery addresses. If you do wish to split an order into two delivery addresses, we advise placing two individual orders.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days.

 

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left in a designated safe place if you are out when we deliver.  Please note, although we can specify your designated safe place to Royal Mail or the courier, we can not be held responsible for the accuracy of the delivery to this designated safe place. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).

We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Returns need to arrive back to us in their original condition, with no marks and in their original packaging complete with tags. We will not be able to issue a refund if a return arrives in an unsatisfactory condition as outlined above.

Please return your items along with your order number to the address below. If you would like an exchange, just put a note in your return package stating what you’d like to swap the item for and we will action this for you assuming the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, or there is a price difference, we will get in touch with you via email upon receiving the return.
